	Paul Morris President paul@pcmmarketing.com Office: 925.942.5000 Fax: 925.942.5005 Cel: 925.998.1700 Paul started PCM Marketing in January of 1989 after working as a professional audio sales representative since 1984. Paul is active as a field representative in addition to his duties as the principal of PCM marketing. He started in the industry manufacturing speaker cabinets in 1968; gravitating to retail sales of musical instruments and pro audio in 1972. In 1974 Paul opened his own successful retail business, Primo Music in Walnut Creek, California. In 1980 Primo was sold to Leo's Pro Audio as Paul pursued a career playing guitar professionally. During this time Paul also worked with Larry Thomas at a then fledgling Guitar Center, San Francisco. In 1984 Paul took a position with L.P. Marketing and successfully grew the Pro Audio part of their impressive line list that included Shure, Otari and Soundcraft. PCM Marketing, since 1989, has established a reputation of strong dealer relationships and excellent sales and marketing services for our manufacturers and to our dealers.
	Alan Thiele Outside Sales alan@pcmmarketing.com Office: 925.942.5000 Fax: 925.942.5005 Cel: 925.980.2044 With thirty years in the music and audio business, Alan Thiele brings experience, enthusiasm and professionalism to his current position as a factory field representative. Studying music at the University of California Berkeley and at California State University at Hayward, Alan's professional music career spans three decades, and continues to the present. Included is a good deal of studio experience and work as a music instructor. Retiring from the life of a full time musician in the mid-eighties, Alan began a parallel career in sales. Working in the consumer audio/video arena, he found that he had a talent and love for selling. While managing the A/V department for a Bay Area retailer, he came to the notice of Paul Morris in 1991, who offered him a job in the professional audio field with PCM Marketing. It has been an exciting and successful merging of all his previous abilities, augmented by the excellent sales and product training offered by the companies that PCM marketing has been proud to represent, such as Shure, Mackie, Bose and Crown.
	Michelle Shimizu Outside Sales michelle@pcmmarketing.com Office: 925.942.5000 Fax: 925.942.5005 Cel: 925.788.0038 PCM Marketing is very pleased to announce the addition of Michelle Shimizu to the position of outside sales representative. Michelle comes to PCM Marketing with a wealth of experience and accomplishment in the AV Industry. Starting with University Sound while still a teenager, she moved from inside to outside sales there based upon her success. She moved to an independent rep firm in Southern California, where she earned numerous sales awards and notices of excellence, including Shure Inc. “Salesperson of the Year”. Michelle continued her trajectory of success, eventually starting her own rep firm representing companies such as Peavey Media Matrix, Renkus Heinz, ClearOne and Listen Technologies. Years of success led to an opportunity with Listen Technologies as a regional sales manager, where she excelled. During her tenure at Listen, PCM Marketing benefitted from her unique combination of energy, professionalism and her ability to make hard work seem like fun.
	Eric Bateman Outside Sales eric@pcmmarketing.com Office: 925.942.5000 Fax: 925.942.5005 Cel: 510.910.0498 After 6 years as PCM Marketing's inside Technical Sales Representative, we are proud to announce Eric Bateman's promotion to Account Representative. Eric's strong technical background is well known throughout the industry, and his experience working behind the lines supporting all of our accounts gives him a much needed larger perspective on how to best support and grow the business of his clients. Eric is a bay area native and a graduate of San Francisco State University, where he studied Electronic Music and Composition. Before joining PCM Marketing he was an engineer at 510 Studios in Fremont and a freelance live sound Engineer. He is an accomplished percussionist and teaches classes on building MIDI controllers and other micro computing music applications.
	Angie Hernandez Office Administrator angie@pcmmarketing.com Office: 925.942.5000 Fax: 925.942.5005 Angie Hernandez joins us in the role of Office Administrator. For many she will be the first point of contact with our company, and will be responsible for data entry, order administration and many other duties. Angie brings with her a calm and friendly demeanor, gained from her previous experience as a technical assistant and office administrator.

Connie had worked as a successful outside sales representative, for 8 years, not only selling technical products but also training on how to use them to her clients. Before that Connie was an office manager working with other outside sales reps so she is very familiar working with both dealers and manufacturers.

Ben graduated from Ex’pression College for Digital Arts with a sound arts degree in 2008 and started freelancing as a recording engineer. Ben brings an interest in all things audio and a wealth of technical knowledge.
