I can't log in?! - Enter your firstname, lastname, and password as indicated. If the form doesn't work when you press "login", send an email to office@pcmmarketing.com.and request that your password be resent to you.

Can I set up a bookmark to login without having to enter anything? - YES! Create a bookmark with the following URL, but fill in your own information:

FTP://LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME:PASSWORD@PCMMARKETING.COM

Why can't I use my EZBinder login? - EZBinder has been deactivated, this FTP server replaces it. Unfortunately we could not import the old EZBinder logins, so we have to create new accounts for everyone.

PAGE NOT FOUND - refresh the page, or clear your browsing history! We constantly update our server, and most web browsers do not automatically update FTP directory listings. This can cause problems such as "page not found".

How do I download a file? - Right click the file, and choose "Save Link As" or "Save Target As".

Why am I always asked for my password? - Web browsers are convinient, but aren't the best way to access an FTP server. There are many FREE FTP programs that will remember your password for you and improve your FTP experience vastly:

FireFTP - An FTP Client ADD-ON for Firefox, make sure to go into the "tools" menu and deselect "cache directory listings".

FileZilla - A free standalone FTP client, from the makers of Firefox/Mozilla.
